Win the small moments, win the game

Club games are rarely decided by towering home runs. They are decided by the runner moved over in the sixth, the cutoff hit in the seventh and the squeeze nobody saw coming in the eighth. At Ironbridge we drill those moments until they are reflex.

The plays that pay for us

Hit-and-run with one out. Our number-two hitter puts the ball in play behind the runner more reliably than anyone in the county — it turns singles into scoring chances without giving away an out.

Shifts built on data. We chart every opposition hitter across the season. When a pull hitter steps in, our infield moves — and our pitchers attack the exact zone the shift protects.

The safety squeeze. Man on third, one out, contact hitter up: the runner breaks on the pitch and the batter's only job is bat on ball. It has won us three one-run games this year.
