Our story

Three decades of baseball at Ironbridge Park

Founded in 1995 with a borrowed mower and fourteen kids, the Sluggers have grown into the county's largest community baseball club — three academy age groups, two senior sides and a softball social league.

We are volunteer-powered and proudly not-for-profit. Every membership fee goes back into the diamonds: grooming, floodlights, kit and coaching courses for the next generation of volunteers.
